Drew Fritz is Senior Photo Editor for Military History Quarterly, Military History and Wild West magazines in Vienna, Va. 

 

He is an alumni of the highly-regarded photojournalism program at Western Kentucky University, and recently returned to the U.S. after having spent most of the past 14 years based in Asia working for various media companies as a photojournalist, writer, photo editor and design editor.

 

Drew has been hard at work as a professional photojournalist and photo editor for nearly 30 years, specializing in travel, sports, portraiture and assignment-based work. He has a rich background in newspaper, international wire service, and documentary photography. As an Editor-in-Charge for Reuters' Global Pictures Desk, he led a team of photo editors in editing and filing to the wire nearly all pictures produced by Reuters photographers worldwide on a daily basis, including all major world events and most minor ones within the realms of news, sports, features and fashion.

 

He is available for editorial, sports, corporate and advertising photo and editing assignments and commissions worldwide.
